Order Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday will usually be processed the same day or by the end of the next business day.
Shipment Delivery Time
Shipments within the United States, which are shipped by regular delivery service will require from 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. This delivery time includes Puerto Rico. We also offer 2 day expedited delivery for domestic shipments through UPS for an extra charge.
International delivery times will take longer. You should expect your order to arrive within 7 to 14 days to Canada and up to 4 weeks to other International destinations.
Shipping Cost
Windsor Direct will ship all domestic merchandise orders which are $80 or more (excluding taxes and any other charges) for FREE. Shipments with merchandise amounts less than $80 will be charged a delivery fee as shown below:

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return those items for a refund of the purchase price of the returned product. In order to receive a refund, the product, in its original packaging, must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept returns of skin care items that have been opened. There are no refunds on any items that have been used or doesn’t have its original packaging in good condition.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. If the original order entitled you for free shipping and the product that you return causes your original order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, we will charge you $5.95 for the original shipping cost.
If there are any discrepancies or product damage when you receive your order, call our customer service within 48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim with UPS for damaged product or rectify any other problems that you have with the order. If you want to make return, please call and give us your name, address, telephone number, invoice number and e-mail address so we can properly process your return upon receipt.
Sales Tax
We are a Connecticut-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax for all orders delivered within Connecticut. All orders delivered outside of Connecticut are exempt from sales tax.
